In accordance with the project Grant Agreement and Atchafalaya National Heritage Area’s Grant Program requirements, you must submit the following upon completion of your project:

  • Final Report Form
  • Full event budget
  • In-Kind contribution tracker
  • A completed invoicing form and all projects receipts
  • Documentation and/or supplemental materials displaying the official Atchafalaya National Heritage Area logo (i.e., signage, event programs, brochures, maps, social media, etc.)
  • At least two high resolution images of project (e.g., event, project process, etc.) 
  • Any media generated by project (e.g., news articles, radio spots, etc.)
  • Invoice to ANHA for grant amount

Final reimbursement will not be processed until ALL deliverables have been received.
